We have a business requirement, for Employees/Pending Workers in specific countries (France and Italy) when updating Country of Birth/Region of Birth/Town of Birth through ESS, these 3 fields Country of Birth/Region of Birth/Town of Birth should mandatory.

So I created a TDS for Action: Action = Personal Details, specified Country and Role Name as two parameters, and then marked Country of Birth/Region of Birth/Town of Birth are required.

But the rule doesn’t take effective and Employees/Pending Workers don’t see these fields at all through ESS.
