SMS and Email communication data is not getting retreived

Summary:

Hello Team,

We are implementing two way SMS and Email communication in our Oracle Recruitment cloud. We are able to see the messages sent over to candidates from ORC application in messages tab , but unable to extract the data in OTBI by using the tables IRC_MESSAGE_CONTENT & IRC_MESSAGE_TRACKING tables. Data is coming as blank.

Could you please help us at the earliest if anyone has proper information on this.
