Unable to find Planning data (Organizations) when uploaded with newly created External Source System

I have Created an external source system with version "External". Followed the creation process as-is from oracle doc. When I upload FBDI of Org (that too after uploading pre-requisite templates) organizations are not being uploaded and I can't see them in Supplier Network Model in Plan Inputs area. When I use existing external source system as an instance code in templates(oracle demo instance) with code EX9, orgs are being uploaded successfully without any issue. What can be the problem?
