Error when selecting value for a particular EFF field at SO fulfillment line level. We had to make one EFF attribute as CHAR from NUM and we disabled and deleted the one with NUM and created new with CHAR. But if we enter the EFF field value we are getting below error.

Order management changed the sales order from Draft status to Draft status. Contact your order administrator. (FOM-4515317) oracle.apps.scm.doo.common.DooJboException: The RulesEditorUtilAM service can't finish the task 1.
