How to Add multiple Element Group parameters to a Custom Payroll Flow

We have a custom payroll flow. We use a parameter to pull certain elements into the payroll flow. I have a need to add a new element group into this flow as well. I have tried to add a second parameter using Payroll Flow Patterns, however, only the first element group parameter is processing.

Is there a way for 2 separate element groups to process using the same flow?
