"Refresh Data" option current salary is replaced with newly approved salary

Summary:

During the annual increase process, some of the statements were not generated so Refresh data was used by the team and after refresh the current salary was replaced by newly approved salary. This is showing double increase in the statement. Is there a way to fix ?

Steps done:

Administrator Workers —selected the plan -Statement-clicked Refresh Data
