How to restrict data visibility of Accounts and Contacts records to Relationship Manager.

Summary:

We have requirement to restrict accounts and contacts records to Relationship Manager(sales representative, service representative).

Relationship Manager should able to see only those records which he owns. He should not able to see all records.

For example, if RM1 is owning a, b , c records and RM2 is owning E, F, G records. Then RM1 should able to see only a, b, c records, he should not able to se E, F, G records.

Could you please provide your inputs to achieve above requirement. Your inputs will be helpful for us. Thanks in advance!!
