Unable to display Custom properties in message scenarios

Hi ,

We are able to send notifications via email to technicians when an activity is assigned. However, in the message pattern, we are not able to send some custom field data.  In mail content, instead of values, we are receiving the field names as below: Please suggest.

Contact: {XA_CONTACT_FNAME} {XA_CONTACT_LNAME}
