Late charge calculated on amount less than Minimum Invoice Balance overdue amount

Summary:

Late charge calculated on amount less than Minimum Invoice Balance overdue amount.

I used Minimum Invoice Balance Overdue Amount as 50 USD as shown below. But still late charge is calculated on 10 USD overdue amount also(screenshot2)

Please let me know how can I set minimum overdue amount to calculate Late charges?
