Emailing offer team at Manage Job Offer

I am trying to ascertain if there is a way to communicate back with the offer team once the candidate is progressed to the HR step.

The scenario is as follows: The internal candidate is progressed to the HR Step but unfortunately, the action selected is incorrect and it must be corrected before the HR step is concluded. Therefore, the only option I can conclude is the Redraft Offer option, see screenshot below. But I am not able to see how the HR specialist (i.e. not a recruitment role person) would let the HM/Recruiter know that the offer needs to be redrafted and the specifics is the Action. So right now, I can only think that the HR Specialist would have to email the HM/Recruiter
