View Compensation History - Is it possible to remove decimals from amounts?

We would like to remove the decimals from the view of the amounts in View Compensation History.

Hi experts,

When we go from My Client groups → View compensation History → select a person and then select one of the items (like a recurring payment)

we can see this:

Is it possible to truncate the decimals (for example 13.000,00 € → 13.000 €)?

Is there a profile option to do this or maybe a customization from Visual Builder?
