Unable to View Item List in "Configure Item Transaction Defaults" for Mobile Put Away Setup
Hi all,
I'm in the process of setting up the "Put Away Goods Using a Mobile Device" feature introduced in the recent update. I've followed all the required steps, including:
- Adding the Inventory Management (New) work area icon
- Running the ESS job to create index definition and perform Initial Ingest to OSCS
- Running the Ingest Receiving Search Indexes process
However, when I navigate to the Configure Item Transaction Defaults task (Setup and Maintenance > Inventory Management > Configure Item Transaction Defaults
), the item list is empty, and I’m unable to proceed with setting the default subinventory and locator.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or know what could be causing it?
