Does IAM updates for SaaS ERP takes place at the same time when quarterly patch updates are applied ? or does it happen in a different date?

We need to know the exact date when is next IAM updates are scheduled to update SaaS ERP domains, including prod and non-prods.

Can some one provide more insight how the IAM updates are applied and timeline ?
