Duplicate Check - Offer Phase

Summary:

In Candidate Selection Process - Offer Phase, we want a duplicate check before initiating the offer. In Set up & Maintenance it is already set up with initiating duplicate check in the phase, however when doing a test with a duplicate, the error doesn't show and no alerts are being sent out


Anyone has experienced similar or has a solution?
