Ledger ID stored in FA subject area instead of GL subject area (OTBI).

Summary:

The Ledger ID is an important key used to identify ledgers configured in the General Ledger application. In the database this is stored in the GL_LEDGERS base table. Many Cloud Financials clients are using this ID for OTBI reporting needs and it is only available in the FA Subject Area "Fixed Assets - Asset Balances Real Time". This is working in OTBI and joins correctly with GL and SLA subject areas. However, it is very confusing for OTBI users that GL Ledger ID is stored in a Fixed Assets subject area.
