How to configure OIC app in Eloqua?

Hi Team,

We had tried to install and configure OIC app in Eloqua, by referring the documentation "https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/marketing/eloqua-user/Help/Apps/IntegrationCloudService/Tasks/InstallingICS.htm", but the steps are not clear. We are not sure to navigate to ceetain steps, for eg, the below attached one,

Could you please provide any detailed documentation which is more clear, so that we can configure the same?
