Expected Effort does not automatically update when ILT activity time is changed

In Release 25A was introduced the feature of the automatically calculation of "Expected Effort in Hours", but the field is update only if itself is blank (so let me say only in creation).
The expectation is to extend this functionality also when this field is already populated.

In Release 25A was introduced the feature of the automatically calculation of "Expected Effort in Hours", but the field is update only if itself is blank (so let me say only in creation).
So learning admin if update a start date or end date and the field "expected effort in hours" is not blank they need to remember to change manualy also this field.
