Edit requisition template

Summary:

Hi - New to Oracle and TBE. I have a need to do a global edit our requisition template (edit the content for every req not just one). We have an internal description section where we have both an internal description and internal qualifications. I'm trying to edit these sections but not sure where to find them. I've looked through everything that I can find. Can someone point me in the right direction? Could this be an access issue?
