Can a notification be triggered based on assessment status?

Summary:

Would it be possible to provide an alert to the recruiter named on the requisition once the assessment score is returned to Oracle from Screening Partner(e.g., assessment status moves from “requested” to “complete” on the screening services page and this triggers an alert or comm out of ORC) in the CSP based on recruiting type?

In Alerts composer, there is IRC_Candidate_Assessment_Completed but don't see an option to trigger this in the CSP.
