I want to delete my cloud account name in Oracle Cloud

Some time ago, I requested to exercise my right to erase my personal data in the Oracle Cloud, but all I managed was to delete my username and password, as my cloud account name is still active. I can also reset my Oracle Cloud password, as I received a link to do so by email, when it shouldn't be possible since my credentials were already deleted.

I contacted Cloud technical support and they told me that for free Oracle Cloud accounts, the deletion process is done automatically. However, I've been waiting for several years and everything remains the same. Therefore, the support team asked me to explain my situation here so someone could provide a solution.
