Special Character in Narrative Reporting Bursting POV

We created a bursting definition in Narrative Reporting with Department as Bursting POV Dimension. Then we ran the bursting definition to burst out multiple reports by department; however, we get below error message when we open some of the reports. This error seems to occur only when we run reports that have character ampersand (&) in the department alias, for example: FP&A (67020), People & Organizational Behavior (61090). Seems like Smart View only recognizes characters preceding the ampersand and renders it an invalid selection.
