Error: "You must enter a from date that's on or before the to date" when inactivating a bank branch

Hello

I am using the HDL tool to inactive a bank branch. The .dat file has the following information:

METADATA|BankBranch|BankBranchId|BankName|CountryCode|BankBranchNumber|EndDate
MERGE|BankBranch|300000008428239|DNU36|CA|DNUU6|2024/01/01

I am receiving the following error: "You must enter a from date that's on or before the to date."

And the query confirms that it should work. Please check the attachment for more information
