Issue with Recommendations Screen on Credit Check Folder in order management

The client is asking whether we can approve the credit check without the Recommendations Screen. We had previously disabled the Recommendations Screen option in the receivable lookups within the Credit Check Folder, but we are now facing an issue where the Recommendations Screen is not functioning as expected.
