Hi, 

Has any one implemented outbound integration from OFSC to Service Cloud. We are done with all the configuration settings in OFSC as per the integration guide from oracle. However, we were unable to send updates to Service Cloud.

I would like to know on what all events, outbound message gets triggered from OFSC? We need to send an update to Service Cloud whenever any update happens in OFSC for a given activity?
