Contact-to-Account Match Program & Deduplication
Summary:
We are using Eloqua's latest Match Rules in a Contact-to-Account Match Program running in Eloqua. There is a series of criteria we run the Contact through to match to an Account Record.
We run into issues where more than 1 Account record can exist, that matches all of the specific criteria we've setup to compare against.
Is there a way (using either a Deduplication Rule, Validation Rule, or Handler Sets within Match Rules) to remove a contact from a Program, but only when more than 1 Account matches with a given criteria?
