User Added Prescreening Question - Response Not Visible to Recruiter

Hello,

A user added a prescreening question to a job requisition. Candidates are required to respond to this question. I have confirmed that the question status is active.

When reviewing the applications, the recruiter and myself, the recruiting admin, do not see the response in the "Screening" section along with the other prescreening questions.
