Flight Class: add & end-date values in EXM_TICKET_CLASS

When users enter expenses for Airfares, the Oracle seeded list of First/Business/Coach is available for Flight Class.
However the UK users would prefer to have First/Business/Economy and the ES users First/Business/Turista.

The list of classes is available within the Travel Policy Lookup type EXM_TICKET_CLASS.

I have two questions:

  1. When setting up new values, the new values appear to be restricted to the "Common Set" Reference Data Set. Why are other Data Sets not available?
  2. Is it possible to disable or end-date the seeded values? These options are greyed out in the form and the seeded values do not appear in the export, so cannot be end dated that way.
