C5ISR Audit (User Access and Behavior)

We need to create BI report(s) that include as much of the FUNCTION information below as possible for audits. Already finding some useful data in the ASE_USER_LOGIN_INFO and PER_USER_ROLES tables but still looking for most of it. I suspect some of this info is not contained in fusion tables but would like to identify as much as possible.

LOG EVENT CATEGORY	FUNCTION
User and Administrator Access	Login successes and failures
User and Administrator Access	Logins by time and Location
User and Administrator Access	Logins by device type and attributes
User and Administrator Access	Repeated login failures followed by login success
