Remove or Edit contents of Warning Message after reuploading Job Offer

The Warning Message pop ups on Create Job Offer page.

After the user downloads the offer letter after selecting the Template and reuploads the downloaded document.

A warning pops ups stating

"The Job Offer has possible issues that may require attention You may want to adjust the offer letter to match any changes you made in the offer."

Would like to edit the text of the message or not have the warning at all

I also accessed the list of messages that seemed relevant by navigating to Setup and Maintenance -> Manage Messages, in Message Name field searching "%OFR%" and in Application fields selecting "Recruiting" but couldn't find it.
