How requester name can be edited/added in redwood PO in 25A

Summary:

While creating purchase order in 25A using redwood screen I could not edit/add requester name which I need to do while creating indirect PO(Category based/description based)

Why requester name is not editable ? Am I missing any configuration?
I can create PO with Item9Direct) without any issue in 25A (redwood)
