Can competency section in employee goals auto populate competency as per employee grade

We would like to know if there is any functionality or autocomplete rule available in Oracle HCM where the competency section in employee goals can automatically populate competencies based on the employee's grade.

We have already enabled the Task Outcome feature. However, our business requirement is to auto-populate competencies in the employee goals section according to the employee's grade level.

Could you please confirm if this is possible either through standard configuration or any workaround (such as Fast Formula, Autocomplete Rules, or HCM Design Studio)?

This is a critical requirement for our business, and we would appreciate your guidance.
