Opening any Report and then navigate to any Data Form, the session is getting forced log out

This forced logout is for System Administrator as well as for a User. In the Navigation flow that we have designed, we have attached Data Forms for validations as well as some Input Data Forms, and another Card where we have attached Reports. Whenever a user/administrator is generating any Report and then navigating to any Data Form, the system immediately logs out the user/administrator. Once the user has log in to the application, and navigates back to the Data Form, it works fine but as soon as the user again opens any Report and navigates back to Data Form, it
