How to add tokens related to e-sign in the RTF which is uploaded into the Recruiting Content Library

We have a requirement where e-signatures are visible for some candidates but not for others.
Based on my analysis, when we select a template(e.g.,Standard External, Full External) from drop down, we are not able to see e-signature.But when we upload the template separately the e-signature becomes visible-even though the uploaded template also does not contain the e-signature section.

As discussed with business, recruiters prefer to select templates from drop down. To address this, I raised an SR with Oracle. Their response indicated that we need to add tokens related to E-signature in the RTF which is uploaded into the Recruiting Content Library.
