How can I report on a specific pay element in OTBI?

Hello All

I need to include workers who have a bonus pay element but OTBI uses this as a filter and only returns those that have this pay element. In other words, anyone who doesn't have this pay element is excluded from the report.

Is there anyway I can incorporate this element regardless of if the worker has it or not?

The pay element is a key part of a larger headcount report, so its an HR rather than a payroll report (we don't run the payroll in HCM).
