Expenses report does not allow you to select currency

In the expenses module, a contingent employee was created and then the entry of report expenses was delegated. However, when the delegated user enters an expense report, the option to select the currency of the expense report does not appear. This only happens with a contingent employee but not with another that has the same characteristics.
