Manage batches UI in Channel not showing anything

Summary:

I have loaded the Channel batch transactions as the data exists in CJM_DOCUMENT_LINES_ALL but do not see anything in Manage Batches UI.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Load transactions ESS job loaded over records and I was expecting to see these loaded data in Order Management→Customer Channel Management>Administration-Manage Batches UI but when I click it opens a blank page. I think I have all the data access privileges but I could be wrong
