I lost access to my Authenticator

Summary:

​Hello, after resetting my phone I lost access to my Authenticator for my Free Cloud Oracle account. Support asked 4 questions, answered 3, but I don’t remember what the 4th card was. Unfortunately, I entered the card during registration and I don't remember it. I have reissued them over the past couple of years, and I simply don't even remember which bank I used (and some of them closed due to the war). All other data is there, but without the card they cannot restore access. Please help.
