Assigning Group Instead of Individual Users on Team Members Tab in Oracle CX

Hello,
I am currently facing a limitation when assigning Team Members on the Lead and Opportunity pages in Oracle CX.
Requirement:
Our client would like the ability to assign a group name or group email address (e.g., bid.management@[domain]) instead of selecting individual users manually on the Team Members tab.
Once the group is assigned, all members within that group should automatically:
- Receive notifications related to the Lead or Opportunity
- Be considered part of the team for collaboration and visibility purposes.
Is there any existing functionality, workaround, or enhancement that could support this requirement?
