Defaulting recruiter based on Hiring Manager's department

We are exploring whether it's possible to auto-populate the Recruiter field based on the Hiring Manager’s department when creating a job requisition in Oracle HCM Fusion.

The goal is to streamline the requisition creation process — once the Hiring Manager is selected, the system would automatically populate the Recruiter field according to the Hiring Manager's associated department. This would help reduce manual data entry and ensure consistency across requisitions.
