Automatch Rule Inconsistently Matching Transactions for exactly the same rule condition

Hi Experts,

I am experiencing an issue with one of our Automatch rules.

We have a 1-to-1 Automatch rule configured to match transactions based on the Transaction Number from the GL side and Reference_ID from the subledger, with an exact amount match required. However, when executing the rule, it successfully matches some transactions but fails to match others.

To troubleshoot, I have:

  • Removed all other rules and executed only the rule in question.
  • Moved the rule to the top of the rule list to ensure it runs first.

Some transactions still do not match.
