Oracle Fusion Implementation for India Company

Our Instance is a Multi Ledger, Multi Currency environment. We have some questions on using Our existing Oracle Fusion Instance for our India company.

Currently we have assigned a balancing segment for our India Company (India Branch) in one of our Primary Ledgers (USD Currency) and using it for Reporting Purposes. Now our company is planning to bring Our India company into Oracle Fusion with all existing functionalities we have for our other companies in Oracle fusion Instance (entering Transactions, Tax Calculations, SLA, Posting to GL etc).
We would like to check whether we need to go with a) Fresh Implementation, or b) rollout with our existing setups if we want to use Our India Company as a separate entity. Also, we want to understand the impact of India Localizations if we use rollout option.
