How to control SMS back as email to hiring team?

Hello,

We're working to setup two-way SMS communication, however when candidate reply, all hiring team get candiadte reply back to their email.

Is there a way to control, only recruiter/hiring manager get a response to the email, we don't want all collaborators get those response into their email, they can look directly into system for those responses.

Please advise.
