How to Bring Migrated PDH Items Under Change Control Without Revision or Lifecycle Phase Change

Summary:

Initially, client implemented Oracle Cloud PDH. So one time data load was done from Agile PLM to Oracle Cloud PDH. All items were migrated with Production lifecycle phase.

Later there was an integration between Agile PLM and Oracle Cloud PDH using OIC. 
All Items were created directly into the Production lifecycle phase, without using Change Orders (As Cloud PD offering was not implemented).

After migration:
•    For some parts, further changes in Agile PLM were integrated into PDH, causing Revision changes (e.g., Revision shows as 07* in PDH UI).
•    For many parts, there were no changes post-migration, and they are still on the original Revision (e.g., Revision 01 without any * symbol).
