load geographies for US failing with errors

Hello Experts!

We are facing this issue in all our Pods, where US geographies are loaded successfully. We have two data providers – Loqate and Vertex. Previously when payroll licensing was not enabled in our pods, we loaded the geographies via Loqate. But now payroll license has been enabled and we run the vertex process, it has overridden the data for few geographies only resulting in incorrect geography validations and taxation causing payroll to fail.
Expectation is – All Geographies should be loaded by vertex only for proper tax and address validations in case payroll is implemented.
