Redwood: Hiring Manager's Business Unit, Department, etc not defaulting while creating a Requisition

We are encountering an issue after enabling Redwood pages for requisition creation. The Business Unit, Department, and other related employment fields are not defaulting based on the selected Hiring Manager.

I see that in Redwood, there is a feature that allows these values to be copied from the selected Hiring Manager. However, in our case, we do not see that section at all, and the defaulting is not occurring.

Do we have any setup to be enabled, or is this an issue that needs to be addressed via an SR?
