Custom Receipt Exchange Gain journal line rule is not available in Journal Line Rule set

Summary:

We are replicating standard Journal Line Rule Set 'Receipts - Default Accrual' along with Journal Line Rules under it with no change but just adding prefix value to the name. While assigning all these new custom Journal Line rules under the new Rule set, we could not find below two custom journal line rules. What could be the reason for it? Both the journal line rules are just copied from standard journal line rules so expectation is it should appear under list of values but we can only see standard journal line rule (Receipt Exchange Gain Loss)
