Payment fields not available in API

We are unable to fetch the fields which are marked as NO in the attached document. Please assist with the missing column mapping and any other API exists.

The Business Use case is we have to send Payment data from Oracle during a period to KAFKA. As of now payment data have been fetched using BIP Report. Right now, we are able to get few of the fields required by the business using the below API: 

/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/payablesPayments .

But those marked as NO we were not able to find in Oracle REST API.
