Unable to see terminated employee's View Compensation History

Summary: I am unable to view the compensation history for terminated employees. Is this standard functionality and behavior in Oracle HCM Cloud? Could anyone help clarify this for me? Is there any way to view the compensation history for terminated employees? I would really appreciate your assistance.
