Getting Identity Verification while logging into Oracle Cloud Support Portal
Hi All,
I am able to login to Oracle Support successfully and I have an approved Support Identifier. After logging into the Oracle Support and then clicking on the "Switch to My Oracle Cloud Support" link, it takes me to an new screen asking for "Identity Verification" as shown in the below screenshot. Please help me in understanding what are these details and who can give me these details. This is the first time I am logging into oracle support.
