Unable to fetch the 9Box Ratings from BIP tables for Talent Review Meetings which are "In Progress"

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to fetch the 9Box Ratings for the employees in the Talent Review meetings in a BIP report, but the report shows only those 9Box Ratings for the employees for which the talent review meeting status is "Completed" not the ones whose status is other than "Completed".
Please let us know if this is the expected functionality of Oracle
